One of our values is around our customers/clients. It was with this in mind that we approached a request to our customers in the Te Kaha area, for a period where we would be on an alternate supply for a day and needed their assistance to not use non essential appliances. We know we have a substantial portion of our customers in the area who are fluent Te Reo speakers - so we ensured we ran half of our radio advertising for this event in Māori - we believe we are one of the first lines companies to do so. This is about having our customer hats on, rather than our own when we are communicating with our customers. Tau ke! (Awesome!)
