Electrinet's power division concentrate upon the distribution network around Gisborne and surrounding areas.
Electrinet staff are involved at all stages of the distribution network, from the substation to the end user. To help meet the demands of this varied work-load we employ a diverse and varied personnel including Line Mechanics, Cable Jointers, Cable Locaters and Electrical Technicians.
We also provide training pathways through the industry training organisation ESITO which helps bring new talent up through the company.
All work that we carry out on the network is governed by Legislation, Standards, Electrical Codes of Practice and OSH Guidelines so you can be sure that we work safely and efficiently.
