Testimonials“Electrinet has provided excellent services on condition assessments of electrical distribution systems (from supply transformer, service main cables, link boxes to main switchboards) and reticulation systems (from main switchboard to sub-boards and outlets) for schools in the East Coast / Gisborne region. Electrinet has presented quality drawings and reports which have been valuable inputs to the 10 Year Property Plans and which will be very valuable reference documentation to Boards of Trustees and Minsistry of Education in the future.” Cable Location & Close Approach ConsentsAt Electrinet we take your safety very seriously. As part of keeping you and the public safe it is important we remind everyone about the dangers of working with or around electricity. Every year there are a number of “close calls” reported, where machinery or trees have come into contact with the power lines or underground cables which could have caused injury or even death. Not only is it dangerous, but it can end up potentially costing those who cause the damage thousands of dollars in reparation. Electrinet asks that you please give electricity the respect it deserves and follow the important rules which are in place to help keep you safe when working around equipment. When must a cable locate be carried out?
When must hold a Close Approach Consent?
Electrinet is able to help in both areas, be safe and contact us – ElectriNET 06 867 7771 (Note: Both Cable Locations and Close Approach Permits are chargeable, please ask about costs involved.)
